Of course! Not only does Potted Line help shaping your potted plants, giving you the freedom to design the shape you want to create, it also makes it easy to hold your potted plants in place to prevent them from tipping over in the wind.

2.What is the quality of our Potted Line products?

All of our Potted Line products are made of the best materials and exquisite craftsmanship, so you can use our products with confidence. And our products can be used repeatedly, which is very environmental friendly and durable.

3.Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

If the order is not yet packed for shipment, you can cancel the order in your account order details. After the order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days. The exact time for refund depends on your payment method.

If an order has been packaged for shipment, the order has been processed and the package cannot be returned, therefore the order cannot be cancelled. If a return is required, we will contact the courier company to intercept the delivery, but the resulting courier costs will be fully borne by the customer.

Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the arrival of the Potted Line. If you receive the Potted Line more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange.

Brand new products purchased on our website that do not affect secondary sales. Returns of Potted Line can be made by contacting customer service within the return period. If there is a quality problem with the Potted Line products, the return shipping cost will be borne by us. If you want to return the Potted Line products because you don’t like it, picked the wrong color or don’t want it anymore and other non-quality reasons, the resulting shipping costs will be borne by you.(Man-made, external causes of damage to the product is not accepted Returns).

5.What if the product is damaged in transit?

We are sorry that you did not receive the complete Potted Line. Please send your unboxing video and proof of purchase to [email protected] and we will arrange an exchange or full refund.
