1. Order Cancellation
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
If the order is not yet packed for shipment, you can cancel the order in your account order details. After the order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days. The exact time for refund depends on your payment method.
If an order has been packaged for shipment, the order has been processed and the package cannot be returned, therefore the order cannot be cancelled. If a return is required, we will contact the courier company to intercept the delivery, but the resulting courier costs will be fully borne by the customer.
If you are sure you want to cancel a shipped order, please contact us at [email protected]. You can arrange to return the product by mail after you receive it and email the product order number and logistics number to [email protected]. The resulting return shipping costs and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.

2. Return validity
Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the arrival of the Potted Line. If you receive the Potted Line more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange.
Brand new products purchased on our website that do not affect secondary sales. Returns of Potted Line can be made by contacting customer service within the return period. If there is a quality problem with the Potted Line products, the return shipping cost will be borne by us. If you want to return the Potted Line products because you don’t like it, picked the wrong color or don’t want it anymore and other non-quality reasons, the resulting shipping costs will be borne by you.(Man-made, external causes of damage to the product is not accepted Returns).

3.What if the product is damaged in transit?
We are sorry that you did not receive the complete Potted Line. Please send your unboxing video and proof of purchase to [email protected] and we will arrange an exchange or full refund.
Proof of purchase: Product order number purchased through TOMBLIN HARDWARE LLC.

4. How do I return a product?
If you find a quality problem within 14 natural days of receiving the Potted Line product, please send your proof of purchase and a photo of the product quality problem to [email protected]. Returns can only be made when TOMBLIN HARDWARE LLC confirms the return request.
The return of Potted Line must be in new condition.
The return of Potted Line must include the original packaging.
If the return of Potted Line does not meet the above requirements, the return may be refused.
Proof of purchase: the order number of the product purchased through TOMBLIN HARDWARE LLC.

Please be sure to contact us prior to returning an item or it will not be processed.
If there is no product quality issue, return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer for personal reasons such as not liking/wrong color, etc.
TOMBLIN HARDWARE LLC is responsible for returns due to defective/damaged/lost/incorrect items and return shipping costs will be borne by TOMBLIN HARDWARE LLC.

5. Return Address
To return a Potted Line, please contact us at [email protected] prior to returning the microphone stand, stating the reason for the return and providing an invoice or picture to confirm the order number. Once the return request has been confirmed, please return the Potted Line to the return address.

6. How do I pack my return?
Please contact us before returning the Potted Line. Please return our microphone standproducts in the original packaging to ensure that the Potted Line is not easily broken during the shipping process. We will check the product carefully after receiving the courier, and if the microphone stand is not damaged, we will arrange a refund for you.

7. What if the returned product is damaged in transit?
The returned Potted Line products must be brand new and not affect secondary sales at the time of return, if not, please forgive us, we will not arrange a return for you.
If the product is damaged or lost during the return shipping process, please contact the courier company to make a claim.
We recommend that you carefully check that the product packaging is intact when processing your return, and take detailed photos and videos of the goods of Potted Line to keep evidence that the goods are in good condition before mailing.

8. When will the refunded amount arrive?
When you have processed the return, please send the order number of the product and the return logistics number to our email address: [email protected]. The refund process will start once the returned Potted Line reaches TOMBLIN HARDWARE LLC‘s warehouse and is successfully inspected. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. The exact refund time depends on your payment method, so please be patient. If it is late, please contact us.

9. Delayed or lost refunds
If you have not received your refund after 2 business days, please check your payment account again first. Then contact your account company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.
